I didn’t start my career with a roadmap to leadership. I started on the shop floor of an automotive manufacturing unit, learning how real work gets done — with deadlines, constraints, and people depending on each other to deliver.
Those early years taught me something no textbook ever could: projects don’t fail because of frameworks — they fail because of gaps in clarity, ownership, and execution.
Over the next 20+ years, my journey took me through technical documentation, aerospace, automotive, Heavy Engineering and digital engineering services. I moved from being an individual contributor to leading large, multi-geo teams across India and Europe. I worked closely with global organizations, supporting complex delivery programs for global OEMs.
Along the way, I saw a repeating pattern.
